If you wish to return a product, our company will credit 100% of the product value.

A prerequisite is that the product is in the same excellent condition and package is just as you received it. Products that have been used or damaged their packaging not returned or changed.

If the return of the product is due to default product or wrong material, shipping costs borne by us.

If the return of the product due to any other reason, shipping costs borne by the customer.

To return the product, you must follow  the below procedure:

1. Make sure the product is in the same excellent condition as you received it. Products that have been used or damage the packaging are not returned.

2. Complete the "Return Form" that you can find below and send us by email.

3. After we will receive the "Return Form", we will give you information on how you will send the product back to us.
